Come see us in Seabrook, TX. We are the only school on the North Shore of Clear Lake and the closest school to Houston.  We enjoy teaching and have been supporting the Lake, Bay, Bayous and Gulf of Mexico since 1988, the oldest school in the area. Our school offers all ASA level classes from Basic Keelboat to Advanced Coastal Cruising along with the Catamaran certification.  We also offer those skilled to participate in ASA challenges for 101. We often get calls from those asking “Why our school vs others” and the Captain’s all voted to let them know that we have the best teachers in Texas.

Our school and sailing fleet comes with the opportunity to have private charters, group charters or bareboat charters.  The Sunset Porpoise Watch Cruise is very popular and we offer it daily, all year.  Our school and fleet are available 365 days a year, we never close.  So come see us and enjoy the Lake and Bay. During the warmer months we anchor off Redfish or in the Bay and the participants in the charters can enjoy swimming and taking a break in the shade of the Biminis.  All our sailboats have excellent cabin facilities.

Our school believes that the ASA teaching agenda is made to be followed.  We start our classes off with BKB 101 in sailboats under 30 feet with hankable jibs, outboard motors and tillers.  That is the way ASA wants you to learn and we follow that.  It is always a great pleasure to see our students working hard to rig up and get ready.  From removing the sail cover to hanking the jib, the instructors are with our students every step of the way.  We also offer private lessons from BKB 101 thru Advanced Sailing 106.

Join us as well for our annual trips abroad asa well as right at home, the Harvest Moon Regatta.  We are the only school in Texas who trains not only in the Houston area but also in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and the Sea of Cortez along with classes during the Harvest Moon Regatta, a race we often place.  The last trip to La Paz was a blast, whale watching and going to seal island.  The trips to the British Virgin Islands tops it all with stops at Norman, Cooper, Jost Van Dyke and the Bitter End.   Belize is also wonderful, island protected and deep water if you know your way.

So from local instruction with instructors who are Licensed Captains with the USCG to worldwide trips to sites unknown, come see us for a great experience only we can offer and have been offering since 1988.
