Beaches Sailing Fun has international recognition from the American Sailing Association with competent and highly trained Instructors who are meticulous on introducing beginners to Sailing in a resort setting.

Our Sailing Program aboard a fleet of Laser Bug Performance, Hobie Wave, and Hobie Getaway that is perfect for Sailing.

The Laser Bug (kids and teens only) is a short rig that allows beginners to climb the performance ladder, but it does more than sail well. It’s equipped to be rowed (oars are optional and stored inside the hull), and there’s an optional motor mount for a small outboard. There’s even an optional integrated hard-plastic wheel, built into the bow, which will make for easy maneuvering around docks and marinas. Simple, fast, and fun to sail with a plethora of features that make the boat great for beginners and experienced junior sailors

Designed especially for recreation and beginning sailors, the Hobie is easy to use for the whole family. This plastic molded 13 foot and 16 foot catamaran is lightweight, durable and super easy to rig. It is so easy to tack and gibe that basic rated sailor and novices are likely to feel comfortable sailing this boat. The Wave and Getaway have performed well in windy conditions that might have proficient sailors excited to sail it more often. Learning to sail the Hobie is simple. It is stable and maneuvers well. Overall it is very enjoyable and effortless to sail. Our Sailing conditions are excellent throughout the year.
