We are extremely pleased to add the official ASA accredited sailing courses to our wide array of activates and are certain that through sailing, we can help those keen individuals forge a meaningful connection with the water, wind and world. BodyHoliday offers a unique stay and learn vacation at our 5-star all-inclusive hotel. Not only will you learn how to sail, but you can also indulge yourself in many of the other complementary activities that we have on offer, from archery to Zumba classes, daily massages and much more.

Starting from the basics in our BodyHoliday Sailing ASA 101 course, we will take you through all the steps to prepare you for future filled with fun sailing, helping you learn and understand the most important aspect of sailing and safety onboard. We then offer our ASA 103 which will further develop your seamanship skills with advanced sail trim lessons and more navigation in and out of the many bays that paint the West coast of Saint Lucia.

The BodyHoliday Sailing Club wants to be your Sailing School away from home where you can build your confidence and skillset on the water, working diligently towards the goal of an ASA Sailing license. Further to this, we want to share the amazing fun and exhilaration that is the sport of sailing, in a safe, controlled and beautiful Caribbean cruising environment all from the comfort of our home base at BodyHoliday.

We are pleased to offer a full complement of sailing adventures and charters onboard our fleet of sailing vessels which include Hobie 13’s, a Hobie 16, a J-24 and two brand new X-Treme 26’s.
