Dalian Sailing Club was established in 2008 and is the earliest professional sailing training institution in northeast of Dalian. Dalian Sailing Club is the first ASA international sailing license training institution in northeast of China and the is the only youth sailing training institution that is authorized by China Sailing Association .

Dalian Sailing Club is based on the Bohai Sea. It has 8 officers that have ASA sailing license visa, 10 coaches, 1 officer have IYT visa, and they have more than 5 years of sailing yacht management experiences. In 2012, the Sailing club established the northeast youth OP sailboat summer camp in Dalian for the first time. In 2015, ASA training ranked the first in China and ranked the first in the world (more than 300 training centers in the world).

大连名岛帆船游艇俱乐部，成立于2008年，是全国最早的实体帆船俱乐部之一，是东北最早的专业帆船培训机构（面向6岁以上所有人群均有不同针对性帆船培训课程），拓展了环渤海湾、大连至济州岛等帆船航海线路，并率先举办了大连至三亚（南沙）的祖国海疆万里帆船行活动。名岛帆船是东北首个ASA国际帆船驾照培训基地和中帆协唯一授权青少年帆船培训基地，拥有美国ASA帆船驾照签证官8人，教练员10人，IYT签证官1人，帆船游艇管理经验五年以上。2012年名岛帆船在大连首先创办了东北地区青少年OP帆船主题夏令营；2015年ASA培训量居全国第一全球33名（全球共300多家培训中心）；名岛帆船俱乐部自2014年开始举办会员月度赛，旨在提高会员的帆船运动水平和促进交流，2018年开始举办青少年帆船月度赛，极大地丰富了会员的业余生活。名岛游艇帆船俱乐部以“专业、专注”的经营理念致力于帆船运动的普及与推广，针对不同群体的需求，可以量身定制帆船团建培训计划。
